Effective 16 October 2026
These terms cover your use of the JabMax app ("JabMax", "we", "us"). By downloading or using JabMax, you agree to them.
JabMax is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the Standard EULA), together with these terms. If the two differ, the Standard EULA applies.
Boxing training and exercise are physical activity and carry a risk of injury. Check with a doctor before you start, especially if you have a health condition, an injury or are pregnant. Train in a clear space, warm up, and stop if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath. You train at your own risk.
The guidance and feedback in JabMax are for training only. They aren't medical advice and can't see everything a coach in the room would.
You can delete your account at any time in the app, under You → Settings → Account → Delete account. Our Privacy Policy explains what that removes.
We keep improving JabMax, so features and lessons may change. If we change these terms, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Continuing to use JabMax after a change means you accept the new terms.
To the extent the law allows, JabMax is provided "as is", and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.
