JabMax

Privacy Policy

Effective 16 October 2026

JabMax teaches you the basics of boxing. This policy explains what the JabMax app ("JabMax", "we", "us") collects, why, and the choices you have. If you have a question, email support@jabmax.app.

What stays on your phone

What we collect

Test versions

If you use a test version of JabMax through Apple's TestFlight, the setup and subscription screens may be screen-recorded to help us improve them, and you can choose to share body-movement points (never video) from your levels to help improve the app. The App Store version of JabMax does neither.

What we don't do

Who helps us run JabMax

We use a small number of service providers, who process data only to provide their service to us:

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your account and training results while you have an account. You can delete them at any time in the app: You → Settings → Account → Delete account. This removes your account and training results from our servers and from your phone. You can also ask us to delete your data by emailing support@jabmax.app.

Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription, because Apple manages it. To cancel, open your iPhone's Settings → your name → Subscriptions.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or move your data, or to object to how it's used. Email support@jabmax.app and we'll help.

Security

Data sent between the app and our servers is encrypted in transit, and access to it is restricted.

Children

JabMax isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect data from them. If you think a child has given us data, email us and we'll delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
